About Us

Matador and our fine Mexican inspired cuisine is open for take out and delivery 7 days a week from 11am to 8pm. Guests can order online through our website or by calling the restaurants directly. Our delivery is set up through both Uber Eats and Door Dash. Larger orders can also be placed for catering style service through EZCater.com. This is applicable to both the Boise and Meridian locations.
