2020 has been full of loss, disappointment and changes to work, school, relationships, ability to travel or to see family. This can feel (and be) out of our control, creating great stress, anxieties or depression. 

Most people are finding their go-to coping tools are not measuring up this year, so we may need to try new things.  

I think it can be extremely helpful to be honest and ask yourself: "how am I doing right now?"
