About Us

Antoinette Monroe is a seasoned real estate broker-associate with The Monroe Group at Keller Williams VIP and the operator of Wine on Water Street, a vibrant wine and tapas bar located in the heart of the Water Street District in Henderson. Prior to founding The Monroe Group in 2019, Antoinette studied Political Science at Missouri State University, and spent 10 years as an executive, building a strong foundation in both economic and commercial real estate development. Her previous roles include Director of Operations for the Las Vegas Global Economic Alliance and as Vice President at DeSimone Companies, where she helped lead initiatives that supported regional growth, development, and investment. Since moving to Henderson in 2011, Antoinette has become deeply rooted in the local community. She is passionate about fostering growth and revitalization throughout the Las Vegas Valley. In addition to her professional work, she serves on the Board of Directors for the Las Vegas Rotary Club and a current participant in Leadership Henderson through the Henderson Chamber of Commerce. Antoinette has two beautiful daughters, one in grade school and the other studying Psychology at UNLV. Antoinette loves cooking, all things DIY, assisting clients with home renovations, and traveling to experience new cultures. When she's not traveling, Antoinette spends her free time taking advantage of all the outdoor activities Las Vegas has to offer. License #: BS.0145713
