About Us
Hi my name is Ashley Hudson and I am a therapist in Orange County. I have a private practice in Yorba Linda, CA where I focus adolescent therapy, young adult therapy and parenting. In addition, I specialize in depression, anxiety, sports anxiety, and grief counseling. I use an attachment based and client centered framework where I offer an open and safe place to discuss any challenges a teen or young adult might be facing. My approach as a therapist in Orange County is to provide a positive experience where teens and young adults gain confidence in who they are, feel capable in managing their stress, build meaningful relationships, and prepared for the future.
