About Us
Avalon Park is a brand-new independent living neighborhood for active adults age 62 and over, coming to Cottleville, summer 2021. Locally owned and managed, you’ll find everything you need to live well and live better – your own apartment home, exceptional cuisine prepared on site by our own chef, 24-hour security, great friends, and an array of services and amenities to make life enjoyable. Dogs and cats are welcome, too! Office is open 9:00 am - 5:00 pm. M-F, Sat and Sun by appointment.
