Big Island Commercial Properties (BICP) is a commercial real estate and property management firm headquartered in Kailua-Kona and serving the entire Big Island of Hawaii. Founded by James Augustine in 2016, BICP serves clients in commercial sales, leasing, tenant placement, property management, and asset management across retail centers, industrial and warehouse property, office and medical office buildings, and mixed-use property. We work across Kailua-Kona, Waimea, Waikoloa, South Kohala, and Hilo with clients ranging from businesses leasing their first space to property owners and institutional investors. Accounting, physical oversight, sales, leasing, and marketing are all handled from our local Kailua-Kona office.
