About Us
After graduating with a bachelor’s in hospitality management from Mizzou, my dream was to own my own bakery. I followed that dream to the french pastry school in Chicago where I discovered that while I liked baking, I loved chocolate. It is the perfect combination of science and art. After working in Chicago and following my passion back to Saint Louis, I came to a crossroads. Saint Louis is where I was born and raised, and it’s where I wanted to live, but it isn’t really a hub for artisan, hand painted chocolate boutiques. SoI decided to change that by bringing chocolate jewels to St. Louis.
