Calling All Birds Pilates Reformer & Mat, Hot Yoga, aerial, strength and more... Birdhouse is not your typical fitness studio. At Birdhouse, there are no textbooks, set workouts or rigid frameworks to the guidance provided by our instructors. Birdhouse instructors share their craft in their own voice and expression, executing the Art of Fitness in Movement. We are a Collective of Artisans whose canvas is a reformer, a yoga mat or an aerial rig. Our students learn to fly, discover new practices, and develop their own artistic approach to their fitness journey. Birdhouse is the celebration of discovery, expression and creative freedom through Fitness in Movement for all. Like birds are free to fly without boundaries, we at Birdhouse believe there are no limits to how high or how far we soar.
