About Us
We work with each client to customize designs that truly capture the essence of the occassion or that complement existing home decor. The price for each piece varies - factors affecting price include butterfly species; size, quantity and rarity of butterfly; size/type of dome or shadow box; and design effort involved. All of the butterflies used by Blue Butterfly Designs have died of natural causes; we do not promote the harming of butterflies in any way. Due to the delicate nature of the preserved butterflies, the pieces should be kept out of direct sunlight.
