Body Fit Training offers science based group strength and conditioning training programs developed to deliver results at every fitness level. Our progressive 8-10 week training blocks are designed to increase lean muscle and reduce body fat. 14 different program types are offered in 50-minute training sessions, guided by highly accredited coaches in a dynamic group environment, using technology that gives real time feedback to keep you zoned in for your best results.
