Brestel Bucar, Ltd is a women-owned law firm located in Broomfield, Colorado with over 18 years of combined attorney experience. Kids going to college. Couples getting married. Children being born. Parents getting older. Loved ones passing on. Brestel Bucar offers legal assistance and solutions for every chapter of a family’s story. While we practice in the traditional areas of estate and special needs planning, guardianships and conservatorships, and probate and trust administration, our approach is anything but typical and results in a better experience for the client, better results for families, and a better long-term relationship between attorney and client. We also represent individuals in the negotiation and preparation of Premarital (Prenuptial) and Marital Agreements and have experience in cases with high assets, trust interests, and complex financial matters. We are solutions-based. We efficiently identify issues and propose simple yet effective plans to achieve a client’s goals. Although the path forward may seem intimidating, we strive to simplify and de-mystify the process.
