Burress Law PLLC is a very highly rated law firm based in McKinney, Collin County, Texas. However, we handle important cases all over Texas and across the United States. We are so committed to the practice of personal injury that we literally had it carved into the stone of our building. Insurance companies know which law firms try cases and which law firms do not. We represented insurance companies for years before dedicating our practice to helping personal injury victims. The insurance companies know we are not afraid to try cases and that we routinely pick juries multiple times per year. We place an emphasis on thoroughly proving our clients’ personal injury cases, liability and damages; and we have a particular interest in Traumatic Brain Injuries. In fact, we earned the seventh largest motor vehicle accident verdict in Texas in 2015 for a client who suffered a Minor Traumatic Brain Injury.
