Starting with an award-winning Culinary program at Bowie High School, Chef Alex catapulted into his career with a Culinary Science degree from the Culinary Institute of America. Being trained in the classical French tradition style, Chef Alex has sharpened his skills in some of Austin and San Antonio's most famous kitchens. Chez Vous 512 was created and designed with the desire to bring new dining experiences directly to your home. We are not caterers—we are creators of unique, personalized culinary journeys. Chef Alex offers customers the opportunity for a unique experience, tailored to their event, dietary restrictions, and wants. From culminating your favorite meals from traveling abroad to re-creating meals from your ancestral past. Chef Alex can plan your event to the smallest detail and can also provide TABC certified bartenders, servers, and other services to make your event a success. Chez Vous 512 offers private chef services, including: intimate dinner parties, distinctive happy hours, sophisticated corporate or holiday parties, and in-home cooking classes and demonstrations are all offered.
