At node & needle, advanced lymphatic care meets thoughtful restoration. Founded by clinical therapist and lymphatic specialist Carrie Riley, LMT, LMSW, C-MLD, the practice blends evidence-based lymphatic techniques, somatic awareness, and restorative aesthetics to support the body through recovery, change, and long-term wellness. Known throughout Greater Cincinnati for specialized lymphatic drainage, post-surgical and post-mastectomy supportive care, and paramedical tattoo artistry, node & needle provides continuity of care for clients whose insurance-based therapy has ended but whose bodies still need support. Each session is grounded in clinical training and designed to support natural lymphatic drainage, scar and connective tissue health, and nervous system regulation. Carrie and her team specialize in advanced lymphatic care for post-surgical and survivorship phases, including breast and chest surgery recovery, as well as paramedical tattoo services such as inkless scar and stretch mark revision and restorative tattooing for skin changed by surgery, trauma, or time. Care is always individualized, unhurried, and guided by a deep understanding of anatomy, healing timelines, and the lived experience of recovery.
