Colp Design & Consulting LLC is an owner project management, project management and design company. Our focus is to provide our clients with exceptional services, and to be the liaison between owners, vendors, and the construction team, to make your project as seamless as possible. We work with you to from the start of your project through to final construction. The owner’s project management is a critical part of a project that can be forgotten. Having someone represent you, that will be there to look out for your best interest from beginning to end, is invaluable. More services included in the Owner Project Management service: -Oversee design and construction -Site visits during construction -Review pay requisitions -Review material submittals -Quality control during construction -Weekly progress reports with photos -Weekly team meetings with the contractor/architect/engineer
