"My name is Randy Page, and I love chocolate. I've traveled all over the United States as a chef - cooking, baking, teaching, and experiencing great food. In 1998 I made hand-dipped chocolate truffles to send to friends and family members for Christmas .... the resulting recipes and techniques have developed into Cricket & Fig Chocolate. Now anyone can enjoy the gifts that my family has for two decades."
