Led by Dillon Cripps, the company is built on a foundation of family values, community service, and a commitment to excellence. Dillon and his wife, Crystal, married since 1995, are blessed with four children and have welcomed many others into their home over the years. Outside of running Damascus Air, the Cripps also serve as Student Pastors at 1:80 Student Ministries with The Journey Church in Royse City, Texas. While Damascus Air provides essential HVAC services, Dillon and Crystal's true passion lies in connecting with people and making a positive impact in their community. --A Message from Our Owner, Dillon Cripps-- Starting Damascus Air was more than just launching a business—it was an opportunity to serve people through both our work and our lives.
