About Us

Premier Endodontics is the specialty office of Dr. Katie Kickertz and is focused solely on endodontic (root canal) treatments. Dr. Kickertz graduated from Purdue University for her BS degree and from Indiana University with her DDS. She went on to study at the University of Minnesota in Minneapolis, one of the most prestigious endodontics programs in the country. She completed her M.S. and certificate in endodontics in 2018. Dr. Kickertz is a board-certified endodontist, a qualification that requires extensive continued education and a portfolio of successful treatment of patients. She is proud to be one of the few female, board-certified endodontists in Charlotte, and is committed to high-quality work and evidence-based endodontic care. Dr. Kickertz was a competitive figure skater when she was young, and in her free time, she volunteers as an official judge for US Figure Skating. She also loves to travel overseas, hike, cook, and spend time with her family.
