About Us
We are a team of medical providers who are excited to offer an innovative and effective approach to medicine in the Bend area. We offer a mental health treatment center where people can restore and optimize their health in a manner that is accommodating and enjoyable. Evolve Health is one of the most experienced and certified treatment centers in the country. Some of our services that we have brought to the Bend area include Spravato (Esketamine) to treat Major Depressive Disorder and Treatment Resistant Depression. We have administered over 5,000 patient treatments using our sophisticated monitoring system, all of which ensure the safety and well-being of the patient. Our experienced and caring medical practitioners at Evolve Health also provide IV Ketamine therapy in sub-anesthetic doses to patients with a medical referral to help relieve depression, anxiety, and suicidal ideation. Our clinic also offers IV Hydration therapy designed to provide a wide range of health benefits. Evolve Health will soon be offering Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) to improve symptoms of depression, OCD, and PTSD as well. The director of our Bend clinic Allison Jones, MN, FNP, prides herself on creating a safe and unconditionally accepting space for patients to heal. Her passion for implementing the latest evidence-based mental health treatment and her genuine care for her patients is evident with each encounter. Our other provider, Maryellen Parker, MSN, FNP, is equally dedicated to the well-being of her patients and believes that education and empowerment of patients is vital to their healing.
