Marcia Renner is a double board certified and Missouri State Licensed Permanent Cosmetic Technician. She has been in practice since 1999. Her nursing experience in various areas include: first surgical assistant, labor and delivery, med-surg, and rehabilitation. One hundred percent of her practice is devoted to permanent makeup. Marcia believes in offering permanent cosmetics which are designed and applied as an enhancement of the individual’s own features, giving people the confidence of looking their best at all times. Her services cover permanent eyebrows, permanent eyeliner, full lip color, areola pigmentation, and scar camouflage.
