About Us
At Fire and Smoke the mindful use of Appalachian ingredients, Low Country flavors, and Southern flair have been the prime inspiration; everything is pickled, fermented, or smoked in house. Dining at Fire and Smoke will not be defined so much by the attire of the customers or the décor, but by the quality of the meal, served in a warm and welcoming space by passionate staff. We will serve seven cuts of prime steak; sides will be prepared just as thoughtfully as the classic cocktails and superior quality meats. Expect the perfect Old Fashioned and a wine list that is tailored to pair perfectly with our classic, yet imaginative, fare. Every aspect of our wine program has been subjected to the same exacting criteria we hold ourselves to. Archer entrusted Fire and Smoke’s interior design to R2R Studio’s Meagan Grohol, Katie Layman and Makenna Smith. Their attention to detail helped turn a former liquor store into a gorgeous dining space you’ll not soon forget.
