The Gist About FIT: FIT is a family. And it’s owned by a family. A freakishly fit family. Aaron and Christine (and their four fit kids, if you want to get technical). So here’s what will happen. You’ll work out. You’ll hear music. A lot of people will be sweating. Some in questionable ensembles. But that’s where the similarities with all other gyms end. Fit Studio in St. Louis Park uses science and a personalized approach to help you distinguish fact from fad when it comes to your health and fitness. See you in the studio!
