About Us

Jerry York has been serving the central jersey community as an optician for over 20 years. His optical career began at the age of 21 with a large eyewear chain store in the Bridgewater Commons Mall and within a few years he started working for his father's practice in Basking Ridge, NJ. Jerry worked alongside his father and stepmother for 10 years before buying the business from them in 2012. ​He actively serves his community as a board member of the Ridge High School Hockey Association and visits the homes of senior citizens at various senior living communities in the surrounding areas to provide optical care. ​On his days off, he enjoys all things hockey, traveling with his teen son to watch him play hockey & lacrosse, and spending quality time with his wife.
