Harn Museum of Art

Arts + Culture

Since opening in September of 1990, the Harn Museum of Art has been a cornerstone of the north central Florida arts and culture ecosystem. The Harn is the most prominent fine art museum in the greater north central Florida region demonstrating its commitment to being a cultural resource through free admission and free art-centered experiences. The museum is known for developing programs and exhibitions―drawn from its collection of 13,300 works of art, as well as bringing in high caliber, nationally-touring exhibitions that may not otherwise reach the state of Florida. The Harn Museum of Art's facility contains ten galleries that feature dedicated space for each of its collecting areas: African, Asian, modern and contemporary art, and photography. Visitors can also shop in the Harn Museum of Art Store and dine in the Camellia Court Café offering sandwiches, salads, soups and desserts.
