JAMES E. HARPER, M.D., F.A.C.P. Dr. James E. Harper obtained his. medical degree at The Ohio State University College of Medicine. He completed his Internship and residency in Internal Medicine at Emory University Affiliated Hospitals. He is board certified as a Diplomate of the American Board of Internal Medicine and he has extensive experience in emergency medicine and a keen interest in cardiovascular medicine. Dr. Harper is a Fellow in the American College of Physicians. He is also currently on the Medical Staff at Emory Johns Creek Hospital
