About Us

Mindful Wellbeing Pathways is dedicated to providing strategies and support to help you overcome adversity and live joyfully. Our mission is to empower your wellness journey during the various seasons of your life with tools to build a mindful, healthy lifestyle. Our offerings include wellness coaching, retreats, books, meditation, breathwork sessions, online courses, and a podcast all designed to support, strengthen and inspire you. Founded by Josephine Atluri, a certified life and meditation coach and an author of mindfulness books, Mindful Wellbeing Pathways is built on a foundation of extensive expertise and personal experience. Josephine, a graduate of the University of Chicago, has helped thousands of people through her bespoke 1:1, group or corporate mindfulness sessions in-person in Los Angeles or online. Popular classes include: chakra balancing, conscious connected breathwork, sage cleansing, aromatherapy, vision boards, cacao ceremony, mindfulness lifestyle audits, and intention setting.
