Kansas City Building Supply is a distributor of fine quality building materials. Serving the Kansas City area builder, remodeler and homeowner for the past 20 years, we offer our customers the opportunity to shop for many of their building needs at one place. We distribute a wide range of products, such as cabinets, countertops, new construction and replacement windows, mouldings and trim, doors and hardware. Many of these items are in stock at our 115,000 square foot Overland Park warehouse, available for pick up or delivery.
