KMI A/C & Heating has provided commercial and residential HVAC services for Celina and surrounding communities since 2003. We excel at service, maintenance, and installation of any brand of system. In new residences we provide outstanding maintenance and warranty service to keep your new system running as designed. In older homes we breath new life into your system when possible, however when it is time to invest in a replacement system we offer top quality equipment and outstanding installation. All equipment we sell is backed by a 10 or 12 year parts warranty (depending on the SEER rating). We also offer 10 year labor warranty and up to 60 months special financing (With Approved Credit ask for details). We offer discounts for Veterans, First resonders, Seniors, and Teachers. We are recognized by Trane as a TCS dealer (Tane Comfort Specialist). We are also experts in ductless and VRF systems. We are a Trane Ductless Pro and Mitsubishi has awarded us Diamond residental and Diamond commercial status. We are also very active in the community and support youth and students whenever we can. We were awarded the community buisness of the year in 2013 by the Celina Chamber of Commerce.
