I am a full-time Realtor® who is licensed in NH/ME and have dedicated 30 years to assisting Buyers and Sellers in real estate goal realization. With the assistance of my Seacoast Dwellings Team, including Christa Benjamin, Realtor®, Chris Jacobson, Realtor®, licensed in both NH/ME, Polly Wright, Executive Assistant, and Missy Miller, Transaction Coordinator, we have consistently been ranked in the top 1% of Realtors® in Seacoast NH and Southern Maine. We prioritize acute attention to detail, strong communication skills, and an honest, proactive approach to the real estate market. We draw on our experience and foresight to address situations before they become problematic. This team can't wait to assist you in buying or selling your treasured home, vacation home, or investment property in a timely manner. I am immersed in the Portsmouth community and serve on the board of Plates for Change and volunteer my time. In my leisure time, I like to cook, dance, practice yoga, and garden.
