Maddie’s Biergarten was established by friends who felt that Castle Rock was in need of a community gathering place. A place where families and friends could come together for good drinks, great food and fun. After locating space in the heart of downtown Castle Rock with a great garden area, a Biergarten seemed like a logical establishment.
