The story of Marc Yount's Tire Pros starts with Marc Yount himself, who began his career in the tire business at the age of 21 and eventually decided to open his own shop in August 1985—a modest 4-bay warehouse in Evans, Georgia, where he also became a new father to his daughter, Jessica, in the exact same month the business launched. Supported by his wife, Marc quickly earned the community's trust through honesty and quality service, prompting a successful move in 1994 to a larger facility that expanded further as the surrounding area flourished. Over the last 35-plus years, Marc has continually invested in technician training and modern equipment, eventually partnering with Tire Pros in 2010—the nation’s largest network of independent tire dealers—to deliver even stronger customer warranties and competitive services. Today, after nearly 50 years in the automotive industry, Marc still greets customers behind the service counter while Jessica manages back-office operations, maintaining a family-owned legacy built on honesty, integrity, and a promise to keep every vehicle safe and reliable.
