An attentive listener with strong communication skills, Martha works seamlessly with clients and fellow agents, ensuring no detail is overlooked. She knows that while writing a contract is easy, negotiating favorable terms and guiding a deal to closing requires experience, persistence, and care. Martha earned a Bachelor of Science in Architectural Engineering from The University of Texas at Austin and previously worked as a Project Engineer, giving her valuable insight into construction, remodeling, and a home’s potential. A second-generation Houstonian, she brings deep knowledge of local markets. Married to her high school sweetheart for 47 years, she is a proud mother of three and grandmother of seven, and remains active in community organizations including Camp For All and The Junior League of Houston.
