Revitalizing body, mind and spirit in the heart of Kansas City, Kansas by providing a safe and affordable workout facility where the entire community can maintain health and fitness. Metro KC Fitness offers truly state-of-the-art treadmill, ellipticals, bikes, and other cardiovascular machines; a full circuit of strength machines, benches and racks; and functional training options as well. A group classroom is available, with plans to introduce formal classes and personal training.
