Alexis Meytin is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and is the founder of Meytin Wellness located in Stamford, CT. Meytin Wellness offers individual therapy, family counseling, parent coaching, meal support, as well as both movement and shopping exposures. Alexis has training in the treatment of eating disorders at the inpatient, residential, partial hospitalization, and outpatient levels of care. She is prepared to help you neutralize your thoughts around food. In a safe space, she will help you explore, process, and overcome the negative thoughts to regain control of your life.
