About Us

M.R. Renovations is a family-owned design-build firm headquartered in Maple Grove, with a shop in Otsego, and more than 40 years of remodeling experience behind it. The team has completed more than 500 homes across the Twin Cities, from Plymouth, Rogers and St. Michael to Coon Rapids, Andover, Elk River and Eden Prairie, and describes its culture as exciting and fun but obsessively detailed. "We're not just builders," they say. "We're craftsmen dedicated to exceeding your expectations." They handle kitchens, bathrooms, basements, home additions and whole-home remodels, plus exterior work like roofing, siding, windows, doors and garages, with James Hardie, GAF, Marvin and Trex certifications. Every project follows the same three steps: an in-home consultation with a free design phase, a line-itemed, guaranteed-price contract, and a build with weekly walk-throughs and a final punch list. Each job is backed by a lifetime workmanship warranty that transfers to the next owner if you sell. Veterans, first responders and seniors 65 and older get 5 percent off. Minnesota license BC809200.
