Necker's Toyland

About Us

In 1948 Al Necker built Necker’s, a lawn and garden center along the College Highway. Over the years, Mr. Necker introduced hardware, toys, and bikes. All five of the Necker children, including Debbie Necker, worked in the store. It was Debbie who spent most of her time working with her father. When her father passed away in 1996 at the age of 90, Debbie took ownership and focused on the toy selection to create the store it is today. For a nostalgic blast from the past to today's collectibles and trends, Necker's Toyland has been a mainstay in the Farmington Valley for decades.
