Nelson Home Interiors lets you lean in to comfort and function, with handmade, high quality custom furniture that is made exclusively in the USA. Newly relocated from the west coast, we focus on what fits your style, your body, and your budget. For several years we have been dealers for Norwalk Furniture based in Ohio and now in its 120th year. During the crash of 2008, twelve business owners in Norwalk, Ohio bought the company in order to save approx. 250 jobs in the small town. In 2021 they became an employee-owned company with many being second and third generation craftspeople. Our newest showroom at 13 Church Street in Hebron offers 1000 fabrics and leathers, hundreds of styles and professional design services to help you with creating or refreshing your home style. We are currently encouraging clients to embrace chocolate browns and caramel colors for their interiors. These warmer colors feel more welcoming and are a push-back to the over saturation of the gray tones that have been a standard in new homes and remodels over the last few years. Deep, saturated colors help us to feel cozy! The darker and moodier, the better! Many of us have vintage and heritage pieces which can easily be integrated with more custom furniture to make your home uniquely yours! With our velvets, boucle, prints and solids, you will never see your custom designed furniture elsewhere. Speaking of fabric, you may have heard the term "Performance Fabrics" lately. Performance fabrics are more durable than other fabrics. Typically, this means they are water-resistant, stain proof and are easy to clean. These fabrics are naturally resistant to chemicals, stains, red wine!!!, sun, mildew and abrasions. Once relegated to the elder care industry, performance fabrics now come in every imaginable texture for home use. No more worries about kids, pets, and food spills when you choose that beautiful white sectional!
