Partners Marvin Sterling III and Cecelia Roust are thrilled to bring their new restaurant, Neon Fig, to downtown Aiken. With Marvin's executive chef experience from top Savannah spots like Ruth’s Chris and Treylor Park, and Cecelia's expertise in restaurant management and training, they're set to elevate the local food scene. Cecelia, an Aiken native, returns after nine years in Savannah, where she helped open three restaurants and managed operations at The Collins Quarter. Their fusion of flavors and dedication to quality promise an exciting addition to Aiken's culinary landscape.
