NurtureHaus is an in-home postpartum wellness practice serving Nashville, TN and the surrounding Middle Tennessee area. We provide proactive, relationship-centered support for mothers, babies, and growing families through the earliest stages of parenthood — meeting you in your own home and tailoring care to your routines, environment, and goals. Our care is led by founder Dr. Rya Carter, an Occupational Therapist (OTD, OTR/L), Certified Lactation Counselor (CLC), and Certified Educator of Infant Massage (CEIM). That background shapes everything we do: developmental and regulation guidance rooted in occupational therapy, compassionate lactation and feeding support, and infant massage and therapeutic touch that nurtures connection and healthy growth. We believe early support should feel calm, connected, and deeply personalized.
