This "one-stop" model covers the entire lifecycle of a project, including initial feasibility studies, design, permitting, and construction. By offering six pre-designed floor plans—ranging from 400-square-foot studios to 1,200-square-foot four-bedroom units—the company minimizes costs and accelerates the permitting process. Each plan is customizable through three curated architectural styles: Contemporary, Craftsman, and Spanish/Mediterranean. The service includes managing all technical requirements, such as Title 24 reports and solar installations. The firm is led by CEO Amanda Walters and an in-house licensed building team with over 25 years of experience in residential and multi-family construction.
