Opal & Onyx Cookie Co. started in 2020 as a cottage business, baking cookies in their home and selling at local farmer’s markets. Fast forward to now, Opal & Onyx has bloomed into a bustling bakery located in the Texas Hill Country that serves delicious cookies inspired by science. We believe we not only provide amazing cookies, but we bake bite sized pieces of happiness!
