I am the owner of Boylan Surveying, LLC based here in Aiken, SC. I have been surveying since 2014 and became licensed in South Carolina in 2019. If you need a survey done on your property, I can help you out. My services include property line staking, plat creation, subdivision of property, or anything else that can require a survey. I have worked on small residential lots, to tracts of land that contain hundreds of acres. Working by myself and for myself gives me a flexibility that can greatly benefit my clients. If you need a survey done by the end of the week, I am able to head out and get that done for you. I am the one that handles all aspects of each project so I am familiar with every detail from the property research to the final drafting of the plat.
