With over 20 years experience in the restaurant industry ranging from executive chef to general manager to proprietor, Joe’s passion for the restaurant industry started at an early age. After graduating from Johnson & Wales culinary school, Joe pursued his dream to become an Executive Chef working at top restaurants across the east coast. After over a decade in the kitchen fine-tuning his chef and management skills he decided to pursue front of the house management and quickly rose through the ranks. When the Covid-19 pandemic hit, Joe saw an opportunity to utilize his passion and skills to build his own catering and in-home chef business. Now, Chef Zazz is excited to bring his passions for hospitality and food into your home. Serving all of New Jersey.
