Project Lean Nation Maple Grove

About Us

Project LeanNation Maple Grove opens November 7, 2026, on Fountains Drive, bringing a simple promise to the northwest metro: eating well and reaching your health goals shouldn't be complicated. Members pick up chef-crafted, ready-to-eat meals, get one-on-one coaching to stay consistent, and track their progress with InBody 270 body composition scans that show far more than a bathroom scale. The menu is designed by dietitians with whole foods and balanced macros, and every meal is gluten-free with no seed oils, no GMOs and reduced sodium. Think Baja Beef Bowls with chipotle beef and basmati rice, Chicken Carbonara with 49 grams of protein, Steak Tacos with elote-style corn and chili-lime crema, a hearty Breakfast Slam casserole, and Cheeseburger Casserole, most landing between 400 and 490 calories. Shakes and a supportive member community round it out. Founding members who join before opening lock in $20 off every order for as long as their membership stays active, with no payment until the first order. Call (612) 961-7260 or email plnmaplegrove@projectleannation.com.
