R&H Builders is a locally owned home builder rooted in Wilson County, Tennessee. As a small, close-knit team, we believe building a home should feel personal, thoughtful, and built on trust from the very beginning. Founded in 2016, R&H combines decades of experience in residential construction, real estate, and design. Over the years, our team has helped build neighborhoods throughout Mt. Juliet and Lebanon, along with custom homes across Wilson County. We intentionally keep our company small so we can stay hands-on and focused on the relationships we build with our homeowners. We’re not trying to be the biggest builder around — we simply want to build thoughtful homes for good people, the right way. As lifelong locals, we take pride in building homes in the same communities where we live and raise our families. Every project is approached with care, communication, and attention to detail, because to us, a home should feel just as personal as the people living in it.
