About Us

Reflect Salon began in 1979 as New Reflections Salon, a 1,200-square-foot, four-chair shop in Maple Grove's Bass Lake Shopping Center. Founder Diane Keller built it on two commitments, education for stylists and excellent service, and those still run the place more than four decades later. The salon moved to Plymouth in 1999 and became an Aveda Lifestyle Salon, then returned to Maple Grove in 2007 at the Fountains of Arbor Lakes. In 2019 the team "gave the salon's name a haircut," and Reflect Salon was born. Two years later Jacqueline Scholl, who had worked her way up inside the company, bought the business. Today Reflect employs more than 70 people across Maple Grove and Plymouth. The Maple Grove salon on Fountains Drive handles cuts, color, blonding, balayage, blowouts and styling, plus four kinds of 100% human-hair extensions: fusion, tape-in, hand-tied and revive. Reflect also offers toppers and wigs cut and color-matched to the client, along with HydraFacial and HydraScalp treatments. Stylists train with Aveda's global educators and an in-house education team. One detail worth knowing: through a partnership with the nonprofit Hello Gorgeous, Reflect offers complimentary makeovers and cosmetic education for women with cancer.
