Remedy Medical Aesthetics & Wellness is a Maple Grove med spa run by people who came up through medicine first. Owner Kristina Thissen, PA-C, spent eight years in plastic surgery and more than a decade in medical aesthetics, and she now teaches other injectors as a national trainer for Galderma and a Key Opinion Leader for Sciton lasers. Her signature is restraint: subtle, refined results that still look like you, just on a very good week. The rest of the bench is just as clinical. Kelly Ihry, a board-certified Women's Health Nurse Practitioner, brings 16 years in functional wellness and bioidentical hormone therapy. Mari Wagamon, RN, spent eight years in a neonatal ICU before becoming the clinic's lip filler specialist. Hayley Marshall is a nurse anesthetist with a doctorate, and advanced esthetician Angie Krause has nearly 20 years in skincare. The menu runs from Botox, Dysport, dermal fillers, Sculptra and Kybella to laser work (BBL, Moxi, Contour TRL resurfacing and ProFractional), plus HydraFacial, SkinPen microneedling, chemical peels and PRP hair restoration. On the wellness side, Remedy offers medical weight loss with semaglutide and tirzepatide, BHRT pellet therapy, peptide therapy and lab work, so hormones, energy and skin can be looked at together instead of one at a time.
