Lauren opened Simply Sweets in 2015 with the support of family and some pretty amazing friends. She found a career that gave her the freedom to be the mom she wanted to be to her two girls. Although not classically trained Lauren has spent countless hours expanding her skill set. This has helped her continually improve her craft and deliver the best product possible for her customers. Lauren creates her cakes from scratch using the best ingredients available. Lauren has a commitment to quality and attention to detail you can see and taste.
