About Us

Founded by Dave himself, Smokin' Daves BBQ & Brew originally opened 25 years ago in Estes Park, Colorado. Now, we have six other locations across the state: Lyons, Longmont, Denver and a location coming soon in Centennial, Colorado. Each BBQ restaurant hosts its own rotating lineup of draft beers for you to choose from alongside our award-winning barbecue.
