The founder Maciek Lyko, LMT has designed his own unique style of bodywork to help people feel more comfortable in their bodies. His style is a combination of several different traditions. He uses techniques from Swedish/Esalen massage - deep, long sensational hand strokes over the entire body, as well as from Thai massage - stretching that opens up the joints to assist the flow of energy. The experience is a deep, nurturing, full-body massage. Massage can be an integral part of reconnecting with yourself and your body's natural healing abilities.
